What your counter does
Built around the services you already sell.
Add the work types you actually do. Each one becomes a priced item on a job card, with its own documents, status and pending list.
Before and after
The same counter, run properly.
Running it the usual way
- Job status lives in a diary, so the owner has to be asked
- Customer details on paper slips that get lost
- UPI transfers noted on the back of a register
- Staff takes leave and the queue stops
- No idea what was collected until the month ends
- Reminders sent from someone's personal number
Running it on WorkTrack Pro
- Every job on one screen, with status and due date
- Customer history, documents and photos in one place
- UPI reference captured and verified, not scribbled
- Staff log in individually; you see who did what
- Today's collection and pending dues, live
- Reminders from your own bot, to approved chats only
One customer, start to finish
How a job actually moves.
Nothing exotic — the same steps your counter already follows, with the record written as you go.
Customer walks in
Name and mobile number, or scan the old slip. Their full history opens instantly.
Job card created
Pick the services — photocopy, lamination, Aadhaar update. Charges add up by themselves.
Documents attached
Photograph the Aadhaar with your phone. It stays with this customer only.
Status updated
Waiting for operator, ready for pickup. The counter can see it without asking you.
Payment taken
Cash, UPI or card. For UPI, note the reference so the money is traceable.
Receipt sent
WhatsApp or Telegram message with the receipt and the expected date.
The money side
Know what came in, and what went out.
Income and expenses recorded per shop, with daily collection, pending dues and staff-wise figures — in rupees, on your screen.
Plans
Start free. Pay when it earns its keep.
Fourteen days free on any plan. Prices are per shop, in rupees, and you can see everything before you choose.

Reach the customer
Send the update where they already are.
Telegram
Bring your own bot. Only chat IDs you approve can issue commands, so nobody else can drive your shop.
Receipts and status on the official Cloud API number. No unofficial QR-scanning tricks that get the number banned.
Email & PDF
Statements and reports sent straight from the server, with your branding on them.
Works on a phone
Add it to the home screen. Done.
No app store, no APK, nothing to install on the counter PC. It opens full screen with your logo, and your session stays for seven days so nobody is signed out mid-queue.
Built for weak networks
Static assets are cached, so the app opens fast on 2G or a patchy signal. If the connection drops entirely you get a clear "you're offline" message instead of a blank screen — and nothing you typed is lost.
Built for shared hosting and shared data
Several shops on one account, none of them able to read the others.
Multi-tenancy here is not a setting someone remembers to tick. Every query is scoped to your shop before it reaches your records.
Scoped to your shop
Every customer, document, payment and setting carries a shop identifier, and reads are filtered in one place in the code. A staff account cannot reach another shop by guessing a number in the URL.
Keys encrypted
Bot tokens, payment gateway keys and email passwords are encrypted at rest. They never reach the browser and never come back in an API response — not to your staff, not to another tenant.
Audit trail, DPDPA-ready
Sensitive changes are logged with who did it, from where, and the before/after values. Consent is captured explicitly at sign-up with the policy version, IP and user agent, so you can answer a customer's data request without guessing.

Straight answers
Questions a shopkeeper actually asks.
Do I need a computer, or a technical person?
Will it run on a cheap Android phone?
Can I take payment the way I do now?
What happens to my customers' Aadhaar and PAN copies?
Do I need to keep my phone on all day for reminders?
Can I start with one counter and add branches later?
Your counter is busy. Let the software keep the record.
Create your shop account, add your first customer, and see the whole queue on one screen before your next walk-in arrives.
